- You need of cooked & mashed sweet potato or squash.
- It’s of baking powder.
- It’s of salt.
- You need of maple syrup.
- You need of plant based milk.
Gingerbread Scones instructions
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and nut butter together until crumbly..
Whisk the milk with the syrup & mash..
Incorporate the two mixtures, being careful not to overwork….
Form into 6 rounds, then press lightly onto an oiled, flat baking tray..
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees celcius..
