- Prepare 500 gm of beef (undercut, cut in strips).

- It’s 1/4 cup of Oil.

- Prepare of Few Sesame Seeds.
- Prepare of Marination ingredients.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Soya Sauce.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Vinegar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of black pepper.
- You need 1 tsp of white pepper.
- It’s 1 tsp of Sugar.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of Corn flour.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 of Egg (beaten).
Beef Chilli instructions
- In a bowl marinate beef with all marination ingredients.

Rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil, fry marinated beef for 8-10 minutes.

- When it change in colour (brown), take it out keep aside..

- On the same pan in remaining oil, add garlic & fry until light brown.

- Add onion with other ingredients, mix together.
