Smothered turkey wings was a staple dish my parents often prepared for dinner, especially during the winter season. We would always have them for dinner on Sunday's evenings after church. My favorite thing about them was the savory turkey flavored gravy. Just like chicken wings, turkey wings can be rubbed, coated or slathered in any variety of delicious flavors. Even better, turkey wings are naturally larger, meaning there's more juicy meat to enjoy than what you get with just an average chicken wing.
