- It’s of Ranch dressing.
- It’s of cream cheese.
- You need of Fiesta cheese mix.
- It’s of chicken breast.
- It’s of Tortilla chips.
- You need of Buffalo Wing Sauce (I use Hooters medium).
Garnish with green onions, if desired, and serve warm with crackers, chips, pretzels, and/or vegetables. Drain canned chicken and put in medium sauce pan. Add hot sauce and cook on medium until heated throughout. My personal favorite is Frank's hot sauce.
Buffalo Chicken Dip step by step
Boil chicken breast then shred into pieces.
Add shredded chicken, Ranch, Buffalo sauce, and cream cheese to crock pot. Cook on low until ingredients have melted together. The longer they cook the better!.
Finally add Fiesta cheese to top of dip and melt!.
Add cream cheese and stir until blended thoroughly. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, celery and cheese. In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine cream cheese and salad dressing and stir until smooth. Stir in bottle of hot sauce (don't have to use entire bottle if you want it milder). Pour heated mixture into bowl with chicken mixture.
