- It’s 4 butir of telur (ukuran telur kecil).
- You need 1 buah of kentang potong dadu (berat sekitar 200 gram).
- Prepare 2 buah of tomat ukuran besar cincang halus.
- You need 6 buah of jamur kancing belah jadi 4 atau sesuaikan selera.
- You need 5 siung of bawang merah cincang halus.
- You need 5 siung of bawang putih haluskan.
- You need 150 ml of air.
- You need 1/2 sdt of garam halus atau sesuaikan selera.
- It’s Secukupnya of penyedap sesuaikan selera.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of jintan bubuk atau sesuaikan selera.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of kunyit bubuk atau sesuaikan selera.
- It’s 1/2 sdt of merica bubuk atau sesuaikan selera.

Shakshuka 3in1 step by step
Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang merah cincang tumis hingga layu, masukkan bawang putih halus tumis lagi hingga harum..
Masukkan tomat yang sudah dicincang halus,aduk rata, kecilkan api dan tutup pancinya, masak hingga tomat hancur..
Masukkan jintan bubuk, merica bubuk, kunyit bubuk, cabe bubuk, ketumbar bubuk, garam dan penyedap, aduk rata tumis beberapa detik. (Gunakan api kecil saja agar tidak gosong).
Masukkan potongan kentang aduk rata, lalu masukkan air aduk lagi rata..
Tutup panci nya dan masak dengan api kecil hingga kentang empuk, dan hingga air menyusut agak mengental. (NOTE= Jika kentang belum empuk dan air mulai kering, bisa ditambah lagi sedikit ya airnya).
Jika kentang sudah empuk dan tekstur kuah mengental seperti ini, masukkan jamur kancing yg sudah dibelah, aduk rata. Test rasa asin sesuaikan selera. _________________________ UPDATE : Catatan tambahan jamur kancing bisa diganti dengan sosis ya..
Jika rasa sudah pas, masukkan telur pelan biarkan jangan langsung diaduk ya.
Tutup pancinya, masak dgn api kecil 3 menitan.
Setelah 3 menit, buka tutup pancinya, maka sudah terlihat seperti poached eggs..
Aduk balik pelan dan aduk pelan searah 3 kali saja, (NOTE= sampai langkah ini, sebenernya sudah bisa dinikmati ya, jika suka tekstur telur shakshuka yg creamy sperti tekstur poached egg, tapi saya kurang suka, jadi setelah saya aduk tadi, tutup lagi panci nya dan biarkan masak lagi 3 menitan, hingga matang..
Jadi deh. Nikmati dengan roti pita, chapati, paratha, roti canai, toast, atau dimakan begitu sajapun sudah kenyang :).
