  1. Prepare 2 of Ripe Bananas.
  2. You need ½ cup of Peanut butter(can use crunchy one too).
  3. It’s 1/3 cup of Honey.
  4. It’s 2/3 cup of Yogurt.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of Powdered Flax seeds.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Cinnamon powder.
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of Baking soda (optional).
  8. Prepare 3/4 cup of Rolled Oats.
  9. Prepare 3/4 cup of Whole wheat flour.
  10. You need 1/4 cup of Chopped walnuts.
  11. You need ¼ to ½ cup of Chocochips (prefer dark chocolate).

  1. Take the ripe Bananas and mash them with a fork.

  2. Add the peanut butter,honey and the yogurt.

  3. Add the cinnamon powder, grounded flax seeds.

  4. Fold in everything.We not really need to whisk the batter for Muffins..

  5. Add the oats and the whole wheat flour.

  6. Add the chocochips and the walnuts too.

  7. Fold everything together..

  8. Fill the batter in greased muffin cups.You can use silicon moulds too.Fill the tins till ¾ full since they will rise while baking.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C and Bake the Muffins for 15 mins.let stand the Muffins in the oven for 5 mins.

  10. Let them cool for 10 to 15 mins before serving.
