Siapkan bahan biar gampang cemplung2..iris bawang bombai, tomat dan cincang bawang baik nya.
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang bombai, bawang putih dan tomat sampe harum abis itu masukin jintek dan lada bubuk. Aduk2 lagi.
Tuang sedikit air/sesuaikan aja sesuai selera trus masukin cabe uleg, garam dan gula.
Masukin lagi saus tomat..aduk2 tunggu sampe agak blebek2 masukin deh lada hitamnya aduk2 tunggu lagi sampe blebeg2 dan cek rasa ya jgn lupa.
Tambahin sedikit kaldu jamur bubuk kalo kurang mantep🤭..Tinggal masukin aja telurnya.
Tutup dan tunggu sampe telurnya matang, tingkat kematangan sesuai selera yaa..sesekali cek kematangan sambil taburi daun jeruk yg udah di iris tipis.
