  7. You need As needed of cornflour.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of soya sauce.

  10. You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
  11. You need 1 tsp of oregano.
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of ajinomoto (optional).
  13. You need To taste of Salt.

  1. Wash & wipe the chicken..

  2. Add cornflour,salt, soya sauce,keep it a side.mix it..

  3. Heat a pan,pour oil,let it hot..

  4. Put chicken pieces in it.Fry it golden.keep it a side..

  5. Take another pan put oil.let it hot..

  6. Add crushed garlic,saute it.add chilli..

  7. Add chopped veggies.stirfry it 2 miniutes..

  8. Add chilli flakes, origeno,salt.mix it.

  9. Add couliflower,(1/2 cup of water,add 2 Tsp cornflour,mix it,add soya sauce, veniger,mix it.pour it in the pan,) stir it continues..

  10. Add chicken peices.mix,& stir it 5 miniutes.mix everything properly..

  11. If you want to have this with rice,keep some greavy..

  12. Now serve it in bowl.or arrange some rice in plate & put chilli chicken in the mid..
