  2. Masukkan tomat yang sudah dicincang halus,aduk rata, kecilkan api dan tutup pancinya, masak hingga tomat hancur..

  3. Masukkan semua bumbu-bumbu halus, garam dan penyedap (saya pake maseko), aduk rata, tumis beberapa detik (gunakan api kecil agar tidak gosong).

  4. Masukkan potongan kentang aduk rata, lalu masukkan air aduk rata lagi..

  5. Tutup panci nya dan masak dengan api kecil hingga kentang empuk, dan air menyusut agak mengental.

  6. Tes rasa, masukkan telur, jangan diaduk lalu tutup panci masak sekitar 3 menitan.

  7. Setelah 3 menit, buka tutup pancinya, aduk balik pelan dan aduk pelan searah 3 kali.

  8. Shaksuka siap dinikmati 😋.
