- You need 6-7 tablespoons of tomato ketchup.
- You need 4-5 tablespoons of green chilli sauce.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
- Prepare 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 3 teaspoons of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 of egg.
- Prepare to taste of Salt according.
- Prepare As required of Oil for frying.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of cornflour.
Chilli Chicken step by step
Chop and take 2-3 onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomatoes and make a paste of it in a mixer grinder..
Wash the chicken properly in a bowl then add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 egg, turmeric powder, cornflour and red chilli powder. Marinate and keep aside..
Heat oil in pan and half fry the chicken..
Remove the fried chicken from heat add more oil to the pan and heat it..
After the oil heats up add bay leaf and dried red chilli, let it crackle..
Then add onions and add a little bit of salt and turmeric powder then fry till it turns translucent..

Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and fry till the raw smell disappears..
