  1. It’s 6 pcs of small tofu.
  2. You need 1 block of Tempe (bean cake).
  3. It’s 2-3 of potatoes (medium size).
  4. You need 4 pcs of carrots.
  5. It’s 250 g of cabbage.
  6. You need 250 g of bean sprouts.
  7. You need 2 bunch of kangkung.
  8. Prepare 4 of eggs.
  9. You need of Peanut sauce.

  1. Cut tofu and tempe into small size, according to your liking.

  2. Then fry them and keep aside.

  3. Clean and cut potatoes and carrots, and shred the cabbage.

  4. You can either steam or boil the vegetables until they are cooked.

  5. Keep the kangkung and bean sprouts as it is, you can blanch them after cleaning and keep aside.

  6. Hard boiled the eggs then keep aside.

  7. Once all the vegetables, tofu, tempe and eggs are cooked then prepare the peanut sauce.

  8. This time I'm using ready made sauce so I just add the hot water to the paste, but do follow me for peanut sauce recipe (made from scratch).

  9. Then arrange all the ingredients on a bowl or plate.

  10. Lastly add the sauce on top, as much as you like.

  11. Serve it with hot steamed rice or rice cake. Enjoy!.
