Kupas nanas,bagian keras dalam nanas tidak usah dibuang.potong2 kecil,blender kasar.Tuang ke dalam wajan anti lengket,masak dengan api sedang sekitar 10 menit,aduk sesekali hingga menyusut.masukkan gula pasir,garam dan kayumanis.masak dengan api kecil, aduk supaya tidak gosong hingga mengental.matikan api.tunggu hingga dingin,bentuk bulat2 masukkan freezer..

  2. Kocok mentega dan gula halus hingga rata dan halus,jangan terlalu lama.masukkan kuning telur aduk hingga rata,masukkan terigu dan susu bubuk,aduk hingga tidak lengket dan mudah untuk dibentuk.

  3. Ambil sedikit adonan kulit,isi dengan selai nanas.bentuk bulat,tata di loyang yg sudah dialasi kertas roti.lakukan sampai habis.

  4. Panaskan oven suhu 160°c selama 10 menit.panggang api bawah suhu 140 °c selama 20 menit,kemudian keluarkan dari oven.oles dengan bahan olesan,lalu panggang kembali dengan api atas saja selama 10 menit.atau sesuaikan dengan oven masing2 hingga kuning kecoklatan.
