Ingredients of Fajita Chicken
- It’s of mini chicken breast or 3 normal sized.
- It’s of orange pepper sliced.
- Prepare of yellow pepper sliced.
- Prepare of onion sliced.
- You need of oil.
- Prepare of Fajita seasoning.
- You need of salsa (mild or hot).
Fajita Chicken instructions
Pre heat oven to 200°c.
Line a baking tray with silver foil. Place sliced onions and peppers on opposite side of the lined baking tray.
Place chicken breast in middle of baking tray.
Drizzle oil over the peppers, onions and chicken and then toss oil through the onions and peppers.
Sprinkle the fajita seasoning onto both sides of the chicken.
Pour salsa evenly on each chicken breast.
Cook in oven for 45 minutes.
Serve as desired. I serve with white or brown rice.
