Kastangel instructions
Mixer butter dan margarine. Saya pakai wijsman butter dan blueband cake and cookies. Kemudian masukkan kuning telur. Mixer +/- 2 menit.
Masukkan gula halus dan susu bubuk lalu campurkan dengan spatula. Lalu tambahkan parmesan dan cheedar, aduk kembali menjadi satu..
Masukkan maizena, aduk hingga rata. Lalu tambahkan tepung terigu perlahan-lahan (tidak sekaligus) hingga tekstur yang diinginkan tercapai.
Setelah tekstur yang diinginkan sudah di dapat, simpan adonan ke dalam kulkas dibungkus dengan wrapping plastic selama +/- 1 jam.
Setelah 1 jam, bagi 2 adonan. Adonan 1 langsung diadon menggunakan rolling pin kemudian di cetak. Sedangkan adonan 2, simpan di kulkas terlebih dahulu kemudian lakukan seperti adonan 1.
Setelah di cetak, taruh di atas loyang. Sebelumnya panaskan oven di suhu 150°c.
Panggang di suhu 180°c selama 30 menit. Keluarkan, lalu oles bagian atas kastangel dengan olesan. Taburkan cheddar cheese secantik mungkin di atasnya. Cheesenya di parut panjang, supaya cantik toppingnya.
Kemudian panggang kembali selama 5 menit. Ketika sudah matang, dinginkan dan susun di dalam toples dengan cantik.
