Veggie oats upma step by step
Add a tbsp of water,lemon juice,salt,sugar and turmeric powder on oats and keep aside.
Wash poha in running water and Add salt,sugar, Turmeric,lemon in it…keep aside.
Cut all the vegetable and keep ready.
Take a pan.Add oil,Add mustard seed to splutter,add peanuts,cumin,red chilli,onion and saute.
Add all the rest of vegetables and cook for a minute.add poha and Oats….mix well add seasoning and serve hot.
