  1. For 1st marination, wash chicken and drain all the water. Now add ginger garlic paste, crushed clove, cardamom, pepper and green chilli paste and rest for at least 2 hours..

For 2nd marination crush the sweet paan to a paste and mix with hung curd properly, now mix the mixture with the roasted besan, and latter the paste over the chicken and season the chicken with salt as per taste and let it rest for another 2-3 hours or overnight to let the chicken absorb all the amazing paan flavour..

  3. Meanwhile take small pan add the Roohafza, Gulkand, ginger and the spicy chilli finely chopped and cook for 2 mins on a slow flame so that all the flavour marry properly. On tasting this dip you will get a sweet taste with a spicy heat from chilli and ginger following towards the end..

  4. If you have an OTG. then skewer the chicken and baste with butter and grill for 30-45 mins in 180 c else you can cook on pan with 2-3 tsp of butter till the chicken is cooked. and enjoy the Paan flavored chicken tikka hot with the amazing Dip..
