- It’s of onion finely chopped.
- It’s of carrot finely chopped.
- It’s of green chilli finely chopped.
- Prepare of tomatoes, finely chopped.

- You need of water or as needed.
Oats upma step by step
Take a pan, add oats and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat and keep aside..
Wash and rinse all vegetables and finely chop it to a small sized.
Now add cooking oil, as it heats well, add onion, saute it for 2 to 3 minutes, then add carrot and capsicum. Stir and mix well and let it be on low heat.Let it cook well..
Then add tomatoes and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and stir and mix well. Cover it with a lid..
Once all the vegetables are cooked well, it's time to add oats. Mix it properly..
Add 3 to 4 tablespoon of water and mix well..
Keep it on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then switch off the heat..
