- It’s 11 tsp of urad dal.
- It’s 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum finely chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of frozen peas.
- It’s to taste of Salt.

Healthy oats upma instructions
Heat the wok put olive oil heated well..
Add mustard seeds then splutter add chana dal, urad dal, some fresh curry leaves, green chillies, ginger stir it 1 min on medium flame..
Now add chopped onion cook until slightly change in nice color..
Now add beans, carrots capsicum, frozen peas,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, maggi masala powder, to taste salt saute it few minutes then add 11/2cup water..
Cover and cook until it becomes tendar and soft for 5 to 10 min on low heat..
After 10 minutes veggies almost cooked..
Now add masala oats mix it well everything again add 1glass water..
Again cover with lid and cook for 1 to 2 min on low heat..
Now open the lid upama is ready for serving this stage turn off the flame..
Now transfer them serving bowl and garnish with some fresh curry leaves..
