  1. You need of Rolled Oats.
  2. It’s of Oil.
  3. It’s of Mustard Seeds.
  4. Prepare of Gram Dal (split).
  5. Prepare of Curry Leaves.
  6. It’s of Red Chilli, whole.
  7. Prepare of Garlic, chopped.
  8. You need of American Corn.
  9. Prepare of Green Peas.
  10. You need of Onion, medium size.
  11. You need of Palak Leaves.
  12. It’s of Water.
  13. It’s of Salt.
  14. It’s of Pav Bhaji Masala.
  15. Prepare of Fresh Grated Coconut.
  16. You need of Palak puree.
  17. It’s of Palak Leaves grinded in mixer jar with 1 cup water.
  18. You need of Cashews tossed in ghee for garnishing.
Oats Upma instructions
  1. Keep all the ingredients ready..

  2. In a kadhai heat oil at medium flame..

  3. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

  4. Add gram dal, curry leaves and whole red chilli. Saute for 1 minute..

  5. Add chopped garlic and saute..

  6. Add onions, american corn, green peas and saute for 2-4 minutes. (You can add any vegetables of your choice.).

  7. Add rolled oats, salt and pav bhaji masala. Saute for 1 minute..

  8. Mix everything well and let it saute..

  9. Add palak puree and cook for a minute. You'll see oats soaking in all the water..

  10. Add fresh grated coconut and mix well..

  11. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 5-7 minutes..

  12. Cook until all the water is soaked by oats and oats are finely cooked.
