  1. Prepare 1 cup of Rolled Oats.
  2. It’s 2 tbsp of Oil.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of Mustard Seeds.

  6. It’s 1 of Red Chilli, whole.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Garlic, chopped.
  8. It’s 1/4 cup of American Corn.

  11. Prepare 7-10 of Palak Leaves.
  12. Prepare 3 cups of Water.
  13. It’s 1 pinch of Salt.
  14. Prepare 2 tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala.
  15. It’s 1/4 cup of Fresh Grated Coconut.
  16. It’s of Palak puree.
  17. It’s 8-10 of Palak Leaves grinded in mixer jar with 1 cup water.

Oats Upma step by step
  1. Keep all the ingredients ready..

  2. In a kadhai heat oil at medium flame..

  3. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

  4. Add gram dal, curry leaves and whole red chilli. Saute for 1 minute..

  5. Add chopped garlic and saute..

  6. Add onions, american corn, green peas and saute for 2-4 minutes. (You can add any vegetables of your choice.).

  7. Add rolled oats, salt and pav bhaji masala. Saute for 1 minute..

  8. Mix everything well and let it saute..

  9. Add palak puree and cook for a minute. You'll see oats soaking in all the water..

  10. Add fresh grated coconut and mix well..

  11. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 5-7 minutes..

  12. Cook until all the water is soaked by oats and oats are finely cooked.
