- You need 2 tbsp of Garlic paste.
- You need half cup of Tomato puree.

- It’s 1 cup of Water.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Oil.

Let's start the cooking.
Julienne cutting of chicken.
In Chicken add garlic paste and chilli flakes.
Add salt and b/p.
Mix it well and marinate it for 20 minutes.
In a non-stick pan add 2 tablespoon of oil.
Add Tomato puree.
Add little salt and b/p.
Add white pepper.
Cook for 2 mints.
Add hot sauce, soya sauce and white vinegar.
Add sugar.
Add tomato ketchup.
Now add chicken and cook for 20 mints.
In a small bowl add corn flour and 2 tbsp water, make it paste.
Add in chicken and stir it.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the flame and cut the vegetables.
Add onions.
Add capsicum.
Tadaaa ready.
Serve with rice😍😍.
Place chilli sauce and ginger sauce into mini dipping bowls. Check out my other Hainanese Chicken Rice. (The chicken will keep in a low oven, uncovered, for up to half an hour. You can also decant the sauce into a saucepan and reheat it.) To serve, spoon the sauce and garlic over and around the chicken and scatter with the remaining chilli.
