Pumpkin Walnut Bread Pudding step by step
Blend sugar and butter in a bowl. add eggs and beat well.
Add pumpkin puree, milk and cream. Blend well.
Add spices, vanilla extract and mix well.
Grease a cake pan. Trim edges of bread.
Crumble bread slices and add to pan. Pour the pumpkin mix over the bread. Sprinkle walnuts on top.Rest aside for 10 minutes.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until done. Do not overbake, Pudding should retain some moisture. It should not be completely dry.
