- Prepare 1/2 kg of breast fillets.
- You need tsp of Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder)1.
- It’s 1/2 tbs of Adrak lehsan paste.
- It’s of Cream 1 tbs Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs.
- It’s of Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed.
- You need 1 tbs of HARI MIRCH crushed.
- You need of Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbp Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
- Prepare 1-2 tbs of cooking oil.
- You need of For Gravy.
- Prepare of Pyaz (Onion) cubes ½ Cup Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke.
- Prepare of cooking oil 3 tbs Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs.
- Prepare of Laung (Cloves) 2 Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3.
- It’s of Pyaz (Onion) grinded 1 large Adrak (Ginger) grated ½ tbs.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder).
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed.
- It’s of Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¾ Cup.
- It’s of Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup as required Cream 2 tbs.
Chicken Makhni Handi step by step
- Cut chicken fillets into cubes.
In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,white pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,cream,cumin seeds,salt green chilies,yogurt,lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 2 hours..
In grill pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken,grill until done & set aside..
Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside..
In a Handi,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
Add cloves,green cardamom and mix..
- Add grinded onion,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add ginger,green chilies,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add white pepper powder,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,salt and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Add milk and mix well.
Add cream and mix well..
Now add grilled chicken and mix well.
Add butter & serve!.
