  1. Semua bahan roti diaduk rata, lalu tambahin air hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni.

  2. Uleni trs smpe kalis.

  3. Simpan di wadah tertutup, jgn diruangan ber-AC ya, krn pengalamanku dl gagal ngembang gara2 suhu ruangan yg dingin..

  4. Tggu -+1jam sampe ngembangnya 2x lipat..

  5. Stlh mengembang, kempiskan, tinju2 dgn semangat 45, klo aku br 2bln abs lahiran jd tenaga kurang, haha.

  6. Lalu bulatkan kecil2, letakin aja di nampan, diamkan smpe -+1jam lg, bakal ngembang lg tuh…

  7. Stlh itu panasin teflon panggang (aku blm pny microwave, so pke Mil#x) Lalu panggang rotinya,.

  8. Oya, stlh 15 menit olesin putih telur di bagian atas roti. Lalu panggang lagi..

  9. Roti mateng. baru deh toping sesuai selera….
