Ingredients of Chicken Korma
  1. You need of Marination.
  2. You need 1/2 kg of chicken breast.
  3. It’s 3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt.
  4. It’s 1 teaspoon of garam Marsala.
  5. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  6. You need 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric.
  7. It’s 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
  8. You need 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  9. Prepare of Paste.
  10. You need 2 tablespoon of oil.
  11. Prepare 2 of whole cardamons.
  12. You need 1 cup of onions.
  13. It’s 4 of cashew nuts.
  14. You need 4 tablespoons of yoghurt.
  15. You need of Chicken korma gravy.
  16. It’s 1 of bay leaf.
  17. Prepare 4 cloves of garlic.
  18. You need 2 of cinnamon stick.
  19. It’s 1/2 tablespoon of coriander.
  20. You need 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder.
  21. It’s 2 of green chillies (optional).
  22. It’s 1/4 cup of water.
  23. It’s 3 tablespoon of cilantro.
  24. It’s 1/8 teaspoon of whole cloves.
Chicken Korma step by step
  1. Marinate chicken with yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, garam Marsala, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. For the paste: Heat pan with oil, add whole cardamoms, cashew nuts and sliced onions,cook a few minutes. Cool completely. Add yoghurt. Blend until mixture forms a smooth paste.

  3. In pan add oil, sautee bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom. Add green chili, cook, add marinated chicken. Fry until the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes away..

  4. Add onion yoghurt paste. Pour 1 cup water, add salt, coriander, garam marsala, chili powder and cook on low flame until chicken is cooked and tender..
