- You need 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
- You need ,1/2 tsp of baking soda,.
- You need 1 tsp of baking powder,.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt(sieve).
- It’s 2 of eggs,.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence,.
- You need 1 cup of brown sugar.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of mixed spice(mixed powder of cloves,cinnamon,nutmeg , ginger powder).
- It’s 1 stick of butter melted.
- It’s ,1 cup of pumpkin puree.
Pumpkin cake instructions
First sieve all the flour,baking powder,salt & baking soda together..
Now take 2 eggs in a different bowl now add in eggs,vanilla essence & sugar and whisk for few seconds now add the melted butter and whisk.
Now add in the pumpkin puree and whisk,now lastly add in the flour mix and whisk till all combined.now pour in the baking tin lined up with parchment paper.
Bake 180° for 15 mins.let it cool.then apply any frosting of your choice or cream cheese frosting.serve into desired shape with a small pumpkin made from fondant.enjoy happy Halloween to all my cookpad team & friends.
