Ingredients of Gingerbread Granola
  1. You need 40 g of Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter.
  2. You need 50 g of Coconut oil.
  3. It’s 40 g of Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have).
  4. Prepare 150 g of Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin).
  5. You need 250 g of Jumbo oats.
  6. It’s 100 g of Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat…).
  7. It’s of Extra spices (Nutmeg / Ginger / Cinnamon) (if you're feeling spicaaay)..
Gingerbread Granola instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan..

  2. Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid..

  3. Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray..

  4. Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine..

  5. Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway….

  6. Eat! Out the jar / with your favourite milk / yoghurt / sprinkled over baked fruit….
