You can have Gingerbread Granola using 7 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.
Ingredients of Gingerbread Granola
- You need 40 g of Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter.
- You need 50 g of Coconut oil.
- It’s 40 g of Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have).
- Prepare 150 g of Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin).
- You need 250 g of Jumbo oats.
- It’s 100 g of Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat…).
- It’s of Extra spices (Nutmeg / Ginger / Cinnamon) (if you're feeling spicaaay)..
Gingerbread Granola instructions
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan..
Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid..
Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray..
Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine..
Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway….
Eat! Out the jar / with your favourite milk / yoghurt / sprinkled over baked fruit….
