- Prepare 1 of banana.
- Prepare 50 g of blueberries.
- Prepare 20 g of hazelnuts (optional).

Cut the banana in small pieces and put them in a bowl, smash it with a spoon and add the egg, whisk together.
In a small muffin pan, add 2-3 blueberries in each hole and put 2 spoons of the banana and egg mixture, add some smashed hazelnuts on top for extra flavour.
