  2. Prepare 1 cup of Jaggery.
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup of Vegetable oil.
  4. Prepare 3/4 cup of Soya Curd.
  5. It’s 4 piece of Overripe Banana.
  6. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of Chopped Almond, Cashew nuts n Raisins.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Coconut Flakes.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Cinnamon Powder.
  11. It’s 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Cocoa powder.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl….

  2. Grind jaggery in grinder or u can dissolve in curd…

  3. Now mash bananas.. Add jaggery n soya curd.. Mix well.. Shouldn't be any lumps…

  4. Add vegetable oil in jaggery mix it..

  5. Mix all dry ingredients in wet ingredients.. Except nuts..

  6. Now blend with hand blender or electric blender…

  7. Grease the baking dish with oil or butter…

  8. Mix all chopped nuts n coconut flakes…

  9. Pour the batter in baking dish…

  10. Bake for 30 - 40 min in 180°F temperature..

  11. Take out n check with knife.. If it comes out clean.. Its done.. Let it cool the banana bread..
