  1. Prepare 300 g of chilli per person (check out my other recipe!).
  2. Prepare 2 of large potatoes (regular or sweet).
  3. Prepare Dash of Oliver oil.
  4. You need 3 g of Salt.
  5. You need 10 g of paprika.
  6. It’s 5 g of ground pepper.
  7. You need 100 g of Cheese.
  8. You need 10 g of Coriander.
  9. It’s 30 g of Jalapenos.

  11. It’s of Siracha Mayo.
Chilli cheese wedges instructions
  1. Chop the potatoes into wedges (skin on).

  2. Chuck into a bowl and season with oil, paprika, pepper and salt, mix well and place onto a foil lined baking tray and place onto the oven for 40-50 minutes.

  3. Grate the cheese, chop the jalapenos and chop the coriander roughly.

  4. Reheat chilli in microwave/saucepan/instant pot.

  5. When the wedges are ready, plate up! Wedges, then chilli, then cheese, salsa, jalapenos, Siracha mayo and coriander.
