  1. Prepare of potatoes (peeled, and grated).
  2. It’s of onion (can be grated, or finely chopped).
  3. You need of corn starch.
  4. It’s of chicken stock.
  5. You need of egg.
  6. It’s of Muskatnuss.
  7. You need of Black pepper.
  8. Prepare of Salt.
  9. It’s of smoke salmon.

Discard liquid, add potatoes back into work bowl. To that bowl also add grated onion, eggs, garlic, flour, and salt. Place grated potatoes in a colander or clean dish towel and press or wring out the liquid with your hands. Add to a medium bowl with the onion, eggs, garlic, flour, and salt.

  1. Place the grated potato in a bowl, and squeeze out the liquid.

  2. Add the egg, corn starch, onion, chicken stock, Muskatnuss, black pepper, and salt.

  3. Mix them well.

  4. Heat some oil in the pan.

  5. Using a table spoon, place the mixture in to the pan, and flatten into pancakes with the back side of the spoon.

  6. Fry it on both side until the color turn into golden brown.

  7. Set it aside.

  8. For Dip: 50 gr cream cheese 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 1 tbsp chopped rucola Salt, and black pepper Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
