  2. You need 2 cups of Wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of Powdered sugar.
  4. You need 1/4 cup of Refined Oil.
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup of Milk.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon powder.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of Baking powder.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.

Whole Wheat Banana Bread instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients and keep aside..

  2. In a separate bowl, mash two ripe bananas and add the rest of the wet ingredients and whisk well..

  3. Once the wet ingredients are combined well, add the dry ingredients to it and whisk again..

  4. Add more milk if required and make a ribbon consistency batter..

  5. Lastly, add some chopped dry fruits to the batter and transfer it to a baking tray..

  6. Preheat Kadai for 10 minutes and immediately place the baking tray inside the Kadai and bake for 45 minutes on low flame..

  7. Switch off the flame after 45 mins and let the tray cool completely..
