Pre heat oven to 200°c.
Line a baking tray with silver foil. Place sliced onions and peppers on opposite side of the lined baking tray.
Place chicken breast in middle of baking tray.

Sprinkle the fajita seasoning onto both sides of the chicken.
Pour salsa evenly on each chicken breast.
Cook in oven for 45 minutes.
