Fry the peanuts and set aside..
Chop the veggies and set aside.
Dry roast the semolina and take out in a bowl..
Now heat 2 tblspn oil /ghee in a wok, add in the hing, mustard seeds and then chillies followed by curry leaves..
Add in the vegetables and saute..
Add salt and chilli powder. Then add roasted semolina and water along with the yogurt. Mix well and cook on low flame..
