Chapdi Tavo undhiyu instructions
  1. For chapdi dough, in a bowl take some wheat flour, add Rava, cumin, white sesame, salt, oil, and with the help of some water make a tight dough and put it a side for 5-10 mins.

  2. With the dough take small proportions and press in your palms making them flat. Don’t make them too thick or thin we want it to be medium.

  3. Take a pan and heat some oil. In medium heat now fry the chapdis.

  4. For the undhiyu, in a pressure cooker, take some water, add all the mixed beans and cook for 3 whistles..
