- Prepare 2 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
- You need 2 tbsp of sesame seeds.
- It’s 1 tbsp of ginger paste.

Surti Green Undhiyu step by step
Methi muthiya: Take a bowl add wheat flour, besan, chopped methi,Salt,red chilli powder,sugar,oil and add water and mix well..
Keep the mixture slightly sticky that the methi muthiya remains soft after cooking..
Apply some oil in your hand and shape the muthiya and deep fry the muthiya..
Green masala: Take a bowl add coriander, green garlic, chilli paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, sesame seeds, garam masala,grated coconut, sugar, lemon juice,Salt,and mix well.green masala ready..
Undhiyu: String the Surti papdi,and papdi Dana, after string, rinse very well.ln a bowl of water,peel rinse and place the other veggies..
Take a kadai add 5_ tbsp oil,add Ajwain stir and fry the Ajwain add hing.add stuff ravaiya, potatoes, sweet potato,,kand and add 3- tbsp green masala and 1/2- cup water..
Cover the kadai with it's lid and medium flame for 10- minutes..
Add papdi, papdi Dana, and cook for 10- minutes.last add methi muthiya and green masala add 1/2-cup water and cook for 5- minutes..
Undhiyu is ready.garnish with fresh coriander leaves,grated coconut, and green garlic..
