Rebus daging + air sampai empuk.
Tumis bumbu halus + bumbu lainnya sampai harum & masukkan ke air rebusan daging. Masukkan juga paru yg sudah di goreng.
Masukkan santan (aduk terus supaya santan tdk pecah).
Koreksi rasa.
Sajikan bahan pelengkap di mangkok, siram dgn kuah, daging, dan paru lalu taburi bawang goreng dan daun bawang. Sajikan bersama acar timun wortel, sambal, jeruk limo, dan emping.
