Take a kadai and add oil, mustard seeds and after mustard seeds roast add hing, turmeric powder, potato, carrot, mutter and salt.
Now roast it for 5 to 7 minutes.

Roast for 10 to 15 minutes and then add crushed garlic and tomato and roast for 5 minutes.
