- Dhokla :
Take rice and split gram into a bowl and mix. Then powdar it..
In a bowl add this powdar and add turmeric. Then add buttermilk, warm water little by little and mix well..
Keep it a side for fermentation (7-8 hour at warm place).
After that, Into a pan add oil, oil is heated add mustard and cummin seeds and add this oil in fermented batter& mix it. Also add salt, baking soda and mix well..
Minwhile in a steemar add 1 litter water and switch on the flame..
Add fermented batter in a steemar plate and steem for 7-8 minute in high flame..
Then add mustard, cummin seeds & Curry leaves Tadka over steemed dhokla pieces and serve it warm..
Green chutney : Add all ingredients in mixture jar and crush it well..
Surti locho :
Same fermented batter add in steemar plate and steem for 5 minute then take into a plate without pieces.
Over it add chopped onion, besan sev, green chutney, cheese and serve it..
