Panaskan cetakan (saya pakai teflon diameter 22 jadi 2 kali panggang) dengan api kecil sampai benar benar panas tuang adonan tekan adonan memutar dipinggir teflon, tunggu sampai martabak berlobang.
Taburi gula sedikit untuk membantu membentuk sarang (ini bisa di skip ya) jika sudah bersarang semua tutup sebentar kemudian angkat, oles margarin/butter tambahkan skm dan kasih toping sesuai selera (atau sesuai selera).
