Langkah pertama, parut keju, sisihkan. Lalu mixer mentega dengan putih telur hingga mentega kelihatan lembut ya (speed mixer 3-4). Setelah terlihat lembut, masukan parutan keju lalu mix lagi hingga tercampur.
Setelah tercampur, masukan tepung pro sedang, maizena, gula halus, susu bubuk, garam, baking powder. Lalu aduk dengan spatula/sendok hingga asal tercampur. Jika sudah tercampur, aduk & ulen adonan dengan tangan agar teksturnya sesuai.
Jika adonan telah siap, oles loyang dengan mentega/minyak, panaskan juga oven tangkring dengan api sedang. Juga jangan lupa siapin bahan olesan ya, campur kuning telur & 1 sdm minyak.
Ambil sedikit adonan, lalu bentuk seperti kastangel. Aku ngebentuknya secara manual, klo semisal punya cetakan, bisa pakai cetakan ya, biar lebih cepat & gampang.

Letakan adonan yg sudah dicetak ke loyang kemudian beri olesan & taburi dengan parutan keju. Adonan pun siap masuk ke oven. Panggang dengan api sedang di stage paling atas (atau bisa juga stage atas-bawah secara bergantian). Panggang hingga matang, sekitar 15-20 menit, sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing ya.
Setelah matang, keluarkan kastangel. Lakukan berkala hingga adonan habis ya.
Selesai, setelah kastangel dingin, simpan kastangel dalam toples/food countainer deh.
