Potong Dadu Daging yg sudah di bersihkan,kemudian Rebus sebentar untuk membuang kotoran2,Lalu Tiriskan.
Haluskan Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih.
Potong2 Wortel,Kentang,Buncis, Kol putih, Daun Bawang, Seledri, Tomat,.
Rebus Air didalam panci, sambil menunggu Tumis bumbu Halus sampai Wangi dan berubah Warna,.
Masukan Bumbu yg sudah di tumis kedalam Rebusan Air, Masukan Daging yg sudah direbus,.
Masukan Bunga lawang, Kayu manis, Cengkeh, Jahe,Kapulaga.
Jika Air sudah mendidih,Masukan Daun Bawang, Wortel, kentang, Buncis,Kol.
Masukan Garam, Merica, Kaldu bubuk, Gula, Koreksi Rasa.
Jika semua bahan udh empuk, Masukan Tomat (tomat dimasukan belakangan biar gak hancur dan masih ada Texture crunchy).
