First make panneer by adding lemon juice in milk and strain it properly. keep Paneer for 10 min to strain out whole water..
Now take wheat flour add salt and make soft dough by using panneer water..
Now make filling by mashing panneer and add all spices and veggies like onion, chilli ginger garlic paste..
Now take roller pin and make roll small round spread some paste of chilli ginger garlic and the panneer filling and put some pomegranate seeds as a secret ingredient and make Parantha as in shape you like..
Now sallow fry in a hot tawa (roti pan). And cook or fry with desi ghee from both the side and serve it with either ketchup, chutney, pickle, bhujia etc etc..
Tip-:we can make it without spreading chilli, ginger, garlic paste for kids to make them less spicy..
