  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour.

  2. Also add Salt, Red chili powder, turmeric, sesame seeds, carom seeds..

  3. Add Garlic and chilli paste.

  6. Add water little by little and make soft dough..

  7. Add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes and rest for 10 min..

  8. Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it..

  9. Also dust with some wheat flour when needed..

  10. Roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or paratha.

  11. Now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute..

  12. When the base is partly cooked, flip the methi thepla also brush oil / ghee and press slightly..
