Ingredients of Chilli Panneer
- It’s 1 of slab panneer.
- It’s 2 tbsp of cornflour.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of pepper.
- It’s 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare of Oil for frying.
- It’s 2 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 10-12 of garlic pieces chopped.
- It’s 6-8 of green chillies chopped.
- You need 1 of capsicum chopped.
- It’s 1 tbsp of chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- You need of Coriander for garnishing.
- It’s 4-5 of spring onions chopped.
Chilli Panneer instructions
In a bowl cut panneer into pieces, add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste an mix well.
Then deep fry it an keep it aside.
Then in a pan add oil, chopped garlic,green chillies,fry for sometime,.
Then add capsicum, spring onions mix well,then add soya sauce,chilli sauce an mix well.
Then add the deep fried panneer pieces,salt an pepper an toss it well.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
If you want more spicy add more of chilli sauce an green chillies chopped.
