Ragda Pattice instructions
  1. To make #Ragda, pressure cooker the white vatana. Heat oil add the chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, onions and saute till golden brown. Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook till tender..

  3. Now to make Pattice, boil and smash the potatoes. Add all the dry masalas, give a shape of Pattice and shallow fry on Tawa till crispy and golden brown on both sides..

  4. To make coriander mint chutney, Take all the ingredients and blend in mixie, add salt.

  5. For sweet and sour chutney, soak the khajur and imli, then blend in mixie and strain it. Add little water and red chilli powder. Bring to a boil..

  6. Now to serve the Ragda Pattice, place 2-3 Pattice in plate and spread the Ragda over it and the garlic chutney, coriander mint chutney, Khajur imli chutney..
