  5. Prepare 15-20 of Chopped Almonds.
  6. You need 15-20 of Chopped Cashew Nuts.

  8. It’s 1 of Tspn Cardamom Powder.
  9. You need 3-4 Drops of Vanilla Essence.

  1. Add milk in a thick kadhai to boil.Stirring Constantly.

  2. Once the milk comes to boil, add grated coconut to it,cook till the milk comes to boil again stirring constantly with spoon or spatula..

  3. Add Sugar and Stir.

  4. Add Condensed Milk(Milkmaid) stirring regularly with spoon.

  5. Add Cardamom Powder.

  6. Add Khoya and Stir.

  7. Add Saffron Strands in 2-3 tbspn of Milk.

  8. Now mix almonds,cashewnuts,pistachios into the Kheer and cook till it turns thick. Add Prepared Saffron Milk Mixture.Stir from time to time to prevent Kheer from sticking at the base….

  9. Add 3-4 drops of Vanilla Essence.

  10. Coconut Kheer is ready!!! take it out in a bowl and garnish with chopped almonds,cashews,pistachios….
