Heat a nonstick frying pan.Sprinkle some oil on it & spread out the flour mix in wide spirals to make a full circle.Allow the mix to fry & swell up a beat..
Place the freshly prepared patishapta pithe filling at the centre of the circle & roll it up. Keep frying till it's colour has changed to light brown. Repeat with the remaining mix.Serve hot..
